Stansted Airport Launches New Direct Flight to Dakar in Senegal

Air Senegal has just announced a new thrice-weekly route from London Stansted Airport to Dakar, capital of Senegal in West Africa. The new service starts on 26 June 2020 and will offer economy seats and business class flatbeds. 

The new flight will allow both business and leisure passengers who travel to Dakar from UK airports to connect to onward flights to the Gambia, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Mali, Republic of Guinea and Nigeria. Dakar is a diverse city in the south of Senegal on the Cap-Vert peninsula, home to mbalax, the mix of Cuban beats and traditional drumming at the core of the Senegalese music scene, and host of the famous long-distance Dakar Rally and the Youth Olympic Games in 2022.
