New RHS Garden Holidays offer access to private gardens in East Anglia
Take a break from kneeling in your own garden this summer to tour some of the most stunning private gardens across East Anglia. The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Garden Holidays have just added more private gardens to their itineraries, including Hyde Hall at Rettendon, Chelmsford with its new wildflower meadow and rose and Mediterranean gardens, also Beth Chatto Gardens, near Colchester, a harmonious combination of water, gravel, woodland and scree, created from a 1960s wasteland.
Spanning Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk, the four-day Private Gardens of East Anglia trip also features RHS Council Member Lady Xa Tollemache’s Helmingham Hall, Wyken Hall vineyards and gardens, Raveningham Hall owned by RHS President Sir Nicholas Bacon Bt and East Ruston Old Vicarage, The Place For Plants at East Bergholt Place and Marks Hall Gardens and Arboretum. Three nights from £495pp half board at Dunston Hall, Norfolk, including coach travel departing Victoria 2 May and 13 September 2017.
